By accessing or using the RideDJ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
RideDJ provides a web-based booking platform that connects customers with karaoke transportation operators. RideDJ is a technology platform and does not itself provide transportation services.
Operators using RideDJ are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, vehicle maintenance, driver qualifications, and compliance with local regulations. RideDJ does not employ or control operators or their drivers.
When you book a ride through an operator's RideDJ page, you are entering into an agreement with that operator, not with RideDJ. Fare estimates are approximate and may vary based on actual route, time, and conditions.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When paying online, your payment goes directly to the operator via Stripe Connect. RideDJ retains a platform fee as disclosed to operators. For "pay later" bookings, payment terms are between you and the operator.
Cancellation policies are set by individual operators. Contact the operator directly for cancellation requests. RideDJ is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by operators.
RideDJ provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, the transportation services provided by operators, or any disputes between customers and operators.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
